Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Simplified Planning Zones) (Scotland) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 30th August 1995.

The Town and Country Planning (Simplified Planning Zones) (Scotland) Order 1995
Section 2
No simplified planning zone scheme shall have effect to grant planning permission for development which is within a description mentioned in—
(a) Schedule 1 to the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1988 ; or
(b) Schedule 2 to those Regulations where the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment by virtue inter alia of its nature, size or location.
