Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Designation) (Variation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2

The Misuse of Drugs (Designation) Order 1986 shall be varied by the insertion, in paragraph 1(a) of Part I of the Schedule after the words “Cannabinol derivatives”, of the words “not being dronabinol or its stereoisomers”.
