Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Repeal of Offensive Trades or Businesses Provisions Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2Repeal of Offensive Trades or Businesses Provisions

Sections 107 and 108 of the Public Health Act 1936 (offensive trades or businesses) are hereby repealed.
