THE DARTFORD-THURROCK CROSSING (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1995

Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2 Abnormal loads

For Parts I and II of the Table to regulation 4 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1994 (“the 1994 Regulations ”) there shall be substituted the following:—

Section 3 Dangerous goods

In regulation 5(1) of the 1994 Regulations for the reference to the booklet entitled “Dangerous Traffic”, 7th edition issued in 1993, there shall be substituted a reference to the 8th edition of that booklet issued in 1995.

Section 4 Removal of statutory vehicles

For the table to regulation 11(1) of the 1994 Regulations there shall be substituted the following table:

Vehicles with two axles—

which could not be removed otherwise than by a large breakdown vehicle

in any other case
