Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 21st August 1995.

Section 2 Specified Bodies

The following bodies are hereby specified as approved lending institutions for the purposes of section 156 of the Housing Act 1985 (priority of charges)—

(a) Barshelfco (No. 68) Limited;

(b) C L Mortgages Limited;

(c) Legal & General Mortgages Limited;

(d) Market Harborough Mortgages Limited;

(e) Newbury Mortgage Services Limited;

(f) West Bromwich Mortgage Company Limited.
