Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 15th August 1995.

Section 2
In Schedule 3 (categories of motor vehicles for driving test purposes) to the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1987 , in the entry relating to category N, for the words in column (2) there shall be substituted the words “Vehicle specified in sub-paragraph (j) or (jj) of regulation 27(1) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) Regulations 1990.” .
