Section 1

This Order shall be cited as the Education (Wyvern College, Salisbury) (Exemption from Pay and Conditions Orders) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2

With effect from 1st September 1995, subsections (6) and (7) of section 2 of the Act shall not apply to the statutory conditions of employment of the school teachers in Wyvern College, Salisbury.
