Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (Amendment of Section 23) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2Amendment of section 23(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993

Section 23(1) of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 (distributing bodies for sums allocated for expenditure on or connected with the arts) shall be amended by substituting “the Arts Council of Northern Ireland” for “the Arts Council of Northern Ireland 1994”.
