Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Community Charges (Administration and Enforcement) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

The Community Charges (Administration and Enforcement) Regulations 1989 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3 Use of information by charging authority

In regulation 8, the words “or as a constituent council of a police authority”are deleted.

Section 4 Deductions under attachment of earnings order

In paragraph (1B) of regulation 33, the words from “or by reason of the repayment” to “for any purpose” are deleted.
