Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Services (Appointments and Promotion) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2
The Fire Services (Appointments and Promotion) Regulations 1978 shall be amended by substituting for the words “Drill Book”, in paragraph (a) of Part II of Schedules 1 and 2, the words “Training Manual”.
