Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Services (Appointments and Promotion) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2Amendment of the Fire Services (Appointments and Promotion) (Scotland) Regulations 1978

The Fire Services (Appointments and Promotion) (Scotland) Regulations 1978 shall be amended by substituting for the words “Drill Book” in paragraph (a) of Part II of Schedules 1 and 2 the words “Training Manual”.
