The Electricity Act 1989 (Disclosure of Information) (Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland) Order 1995

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Electricity Act 1989 (Disclosure of Information) (Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st October 1995.

Section 2

(1) Subsection (2) of section 57 of the Electricity Act 1989 shall have effect subject to the modification that in paragraph (b) after sub-paragraph (viia) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—

(viib) the Director General of Electricity Supply for Northern Ireland;

(2) Subsection (3) of section 57 of the Electricity Act 1989 shall have effect subject to the following modifications, that is to say—

(a) in Paragraph (nnn) for “(nnn)” there shall be substituted “(no)”; and

(b) after that paragraph there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

(np) the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992
