Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Electricity Generating Stations (Gas Contracts) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th October 1995.

Section 2
Authority is hereby granted for the purposes of section 14(2) of the Act for any fuel supply arrangements the duration of which is expressly limited to a period not exceeding twelve months.
