Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 15th September 1995.

Section 2Amendment of principal Order

Paragraph (i) of the fifth entry in column 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1995 (last date for lodging of appeals and complaints) is hereby amended by substituting, for the words “15th September”, the words “15th December”.
