Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Supplies Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 18th October 1995.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Authority” means the Northern and Yorkshire Regional Health Authority;

“the second Authority” means the National Health Service Supplies Authority;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Authority and the second Authority on 25th April 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Authority and the second Authority.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 18th October 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Authority to the second Authority.
