Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the National Blood Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 20th October 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Authority” means the South and West Regional Health Authority;
“the second Authority” means the National Blood Authority;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the South Western Regional Health Authority and the second Authority on 19th January 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the South Western Regional Health Authority and the second Authority.
