Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Olympics Association Right (Appointment of Proprietor) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 18th October 1995.

Section 2Appointment of the proprietor of the Olympics association right

The Secretary of State hereby appoints The British Olympic Association (a company limited by guarantee) whose registered office is at 1 Wandsworth Plain, Wandsworth, London SW18 for the purposes of section 1(2) of the Olympic Symbol etc. (Protection) Act 1995.
