Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry (Abolition of Domestic Coal Consumers' Council) Order 1995.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Coal Industry Act 1994.

Section 2Appointed day for abolition of Domestic Coal Consumers' Council

The day appointed under section 24(1) of the Act as the day on which the Domestic Coal Consumers' Council shall cease to exist shall be 1st March 1995.
