Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Commutation (Amendment) Regulations 1995, and shall come into force on 1st December 1995.

Section 2

The Pensions Commutation Regulations 1968 shall be amended by substituting for the Tables in Parts I and II of the Schedule thereto, the Tables set out respectively in Parts I and II of the Schedule to these Regulations.
