Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Protection of Wrecks (Designation No.1) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the 20th November 1995.

The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No.1) Order 1995
Section 2
(1) The site where the vessel lies or is supposed to lie, and in respect of which this Order is made is in position Latitude 51°43'.18 North, Longitude 5°40'.13 West.
(2) The area within a distance of 100 metres of that position shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
Section 3
The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1991 is hereby revoked.
