Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Cheshire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 10th November 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the South Cheshire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Cheshire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the South and East Cheshire Health Authority and the Trust on 23rd December 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of that Authority and the Trust.
