Section 1Citation and application
(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Welfare Services) (Wales) Order 1995.
(2) This Order shall apply to local housing authorities in Wales only.

Section 2Excluded services
In respect of any year beginning on or after 1st April 1996 the provisions made by section 127 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (accounting for housing welfare services) shall cease to apply in respect of the services described in the Schedule to this Order.
