Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Employment Code of Practice (Industrial Action Ballots and Notice to Employers) Order 1995 and comes into force on 17th November 1995.

Section 2Appointed date for revised code of practice
The day appointed for the coming into effect of the revised Code of Practice on Industrial Action Ballots and Notice to Employers issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 203 of the 1992 Act (the draft of which was laid before both Houses of Parliament on 11th May 1995 and approved by resolutions of the House of Commons on 15th June 1995 and the House of Lords on 29th June 1995) is 17th November 1995.
