These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st November 1995.

Section 2Amendment of Regulation 1 of the Antarctic Regulations 1995
Regulation 1 of the Antarctic Regulations 1995 shall be amended by substituting for the words “shall come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint and different days may be appointed for different provisions and different purposes” the words “shall come into force on 1st November 1995”.
