Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 Experimental Variation Order 1995, and shall come into force on 30th October 1995.

Section 2

The A1 Trunk Road (Islington) Red Route Traffic Order 1993 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3

In Schedule 2—

(a) for paragraph 7B substitute—

(7B) From a point 3 metres south-east of the northern flank wall of No. 383 Holloway Road south-eastwards for a distance of 10 metres.

(b) for paragraph 7C substitute—

(7C) From a point level with the common boundary of Nos 381 and 383 Holloway Road south-eastwards for a distance of 6 metres.

(c) after paragraph 7C add the following paragraph—

(7D) From a point 26.5 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos 375 and 377 Holloway Road and a point 1.0 metre south-east of the common boundary of Nos 357 and 359 Holloway Road.

Section 4

In Schedule 3—

(a) for paragraph 6B substitute—

(6B) From a point 6 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos 381 and 383 Holloway Road south-eastwards for a distance of 18 metres.

(b) After paragraph 6B add the following paragraph—

(6C) From a point 2 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos 375 and 377 Holloway Road south-eastwards for a distance of 24.5 metres.
