Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Commencement) Order 1995.

Section 2 Commencement of certain provisions of the Antarctic Act 1994

The following provisions of the Antarctic Act 1994 shall come into force on 1st November 1995—

Sections 1 and 2

Sections 8 to 32

Section 33, except in respect of the repeal of Sections 6, 7(2)(b) and (7), 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Antarctic Treaty Act 1967 .

Sections 34 to 36.
