Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Kidderminster Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 20th November 1995.
(2) In this Order —
“the Authority” means the North Worcestershire Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Kidderminster Health Care National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 27th July 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
