Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Meat (Hygiene, Inspection and Examinations for Residues) (Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 24th November 1995.

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

For Part II of Schedule 1 to the Meat (Hygiene, Inspection and Examinations for Residues) (Charges) Regulations 1995 there shall be substituted the following—

RESIDUES EXAMINATION CHARGES
