Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st December 1995.

Section 2

Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1985 is amended—

(a) by deleting from the list of sports grounds specified there the following names:—

Broomfield Park, Airdrie

Douglas Park, Hamilton

Kingsmills Park, Inverness

Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh

and

(b) by inserting at the appropriate place in that list (which is in alphabetical order) the following name:—

Almondvale Stadium, Livingston.
