Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1988 (Defined Activities) (Exemption) (Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 12th December 1995.

Section 2Exemption

The collection of refuse by the Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council shall not be treated as a defined activity so long as it is carried out in their area between 12th December 1995 and 31st March 1997.
