Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Animal Health Orders (Divisional Veterinary Manager Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st December 1995.

Section 2 Interpretation

Except where the context otherwise requires, any reference in this Order to a numbered article, Schedule or Part of a Schedule is a reference to the article, Schedule or Part bearing that number in this Order.

Section 3 Amendments relating to the “Divisional Veterinary Manager”

In the Orders specified in columns 1 and 2 of Parts I, II and III of Schedule 1, in the provisions specified in column 3 in each of those Parts, for the words:—

(a) “Divisional Veterinary Officer”; and

(b) in the case of paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 1, “divisional veterinary officer”,

in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.

Section 4 Amendments relating to the “Divisional Veterinary Manager”

In the Orders specified in columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 2, in the provisions specified in column 3, for the words “Divisional Veterinary Inspector” or “divisional veterinary inspector” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “Divisional Veterinary Manager”.
