Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Registration with Police) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2

In regulation 10(3) of the Immigration (Registration with Police) Regulations 1972 (which relates to the fee paid for the issue of registration certificates), for the figure “£30” there shall be substituted the figure “£34”.
