Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Colleges of Further Education (Changes of Name) (Scotland) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2Changes of names of colleges of further education

The name of each college of further education specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order is changed to the name specified opposite that name in column 2 of that Schedule, and in the name of the board of management of each such college the name of the college is changed accordingly.
