Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Brent and Harrow Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 9th March 1995.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Authority” means the Kensington Chelsea and Westminster Health Authority;

“the second Authority” means the Brent and Harrow Health Authority;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Authority and the second Authority on 17th January 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Authority and the second Authority.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 9th March 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Authority to the second Authority.
