Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Annual Close Time (River Eachaig Salmon Fishery District) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2 Annual close time and period permitted for salmon fishing by rod and line

For the River Eachaig Salmon Fishery District —

(a) the dates of the annual close time shall be 1st September to 30th April, both dates inclusive; and

(b) the period within that time when it is permitted to fish for and take salmon by rod and line shall be 1st September to 31st October, both dates inclusive.
