Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 20th December 1995.

The National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1995
Section 2Amendment of Schedule 4 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992.
For paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992 (capital to be disregarded) there shall be substituted:
(4) Any future interest in property which would be disregarded under paragraph 5 of Schedule 10 to the Income Support Regulations (future interests in property other than in certain land or premises) .
