Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Marriage (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

The Marriage (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1995
Section 2Interpretation
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—
“the principal regulations” means the Marriage (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1977 .
Section 3Amendment of principal regulations
For the form set out in Schedule 1 to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the form set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
Section 4Amendment of principal regulations
For the form set out in Schedule 2 to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
Section 5Amendment of principal regulations
For the form set out in Schedule 3 to the principal regulations there shall be substituted the form set out in Schedule 3 to these Regulations.
Section 6Revocation
Regulation 3 of and Schedule 1 to the Marriage (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1986 is hereby revoked.
