Section 1Citation and interpretation
These Regulations may be cited as the Adopted Children Register and Parental Order Register (Form of Entry) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

The Adopted Children Register and Parental Order Register (Form of Entry) (Scotland) Regulations 1995
Section 2Form of entry in the Adopted Children Register
The entry to be made in the Adopted Children Register pursuant to a direction contained in an adoption order shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
Section 3Form of entry in the Parental Order Register
The entry to be made in the Parental Order Register pursuant to a direction contained in a parental order shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
Section 4Revocations
(1) The Adopted Children Register (Form of Entry) (Scotland) Regulations 1991 are hereby revoked.
(2) The Parental Order Register (Form of Entry) (Scotland) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
