Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Community Trade Mark (Fees) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2
Where, pursuant to Article 25 of the Community Trade Mark Regulation , an application for a Community trade mark is filed at the Patent Office, the fee to be paid shall be £15.00.
