Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Services (Notification of Establishment Schemes) (Scotland) Regulations 1995, shall extend to Scotland only and shall come into force on 31st December 1995.

Section 2Prescribed dates

For the purposes of section 19(3) of the Fire Services Act 1947, the date on which every fire authority shall notify the Secretary of State of the establishment scheme in force in their area on 31st March each year is 30th April in the same year.
