Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996.

Section 2 Amendment

In relation to any financial year beginning on or after 1st April 1996, regulation 3 of the Revenue Support Grant (Specified Bodies) Regulations 1992 is amended as follows—

(a) paragraph (e) is omitted; and

(b) there is added at the end—

(i) Public Private Partnerships Programme Limited;

(j) The National Youth Agency, as respects England.
