Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st January 1996 except regulation 2(3), which shall come into force on 1st January 1997.

Section 2Repeals and revocations

(1) The enactments specified in column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 shall be repealed to the extent specified in column 3 of that Part.
(2) The instruments specified in column 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 shall be revoked.
(3) The instruments specified in Schedule 2 shall be revoked.
