Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 31st December 1995.

(2) In these Regulations, “the 1992 Regulations ” means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 .

Section 2 Amendments having effect as from 1996/97

(1) The 1992 Regulations shall have effect in relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 1996 with the following amendments.

(2) In paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1, for the formula there shall be substituted the formula

(3) In paragraph 2(12) of Schedule 2, for “0.97” there shall be substituted “0.992”.

(4) In paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 2, for “1.6 per cent.” there shall be substituted “1.5 per cent.”.

(5) For Schedule 4 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
