Section 1

(1) These Rules may be cited as the County Court (Forms) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1995.

(2) In these Rules, a form referred to by number means the form so numbered in the Schedule to the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 and “the main Schedule” means that Schedule.

Section 2

In the notes on the back of Forms N1 and N1(SPC), for the words “I want to make a claim against the plaintiff (counterclaim)”, there shall be substituted the words “If you want to make a claim against the plaintiff (counterclaim)”.

Section 3

In Section 5 of Form N9—

(1) after the words “If the total the plaintiff is claiming is £3,000 or less”, there shall be inserted the words “and/or his claim for personal injury is worth £1,000 or less,”;

(2) after the words “If the total the plaintiff is claiming is more than £3,000”, there shall be inserted the words “and/or he is claiming more than £1,000 for damages for personal injury,”.
