Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Roads (Transitional Powers) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st January 1996.

Section 2 Amendment

(1) The Roads (Transitional Powers) (Scotland) Order 1995 shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) For article 4(1) and (2) there shall be substituted—

(1) It is directed that as from the specified date the proposed roads listed in Schedule 2 to this Order shall become trunk roads.

(3) In Part I of Schedule 1 paragraph 15 shall be omitted and in Part II of that Schedule paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be omitted together with the corresponding entries in relation to the local roads authority.

(4) In Schedule 2 there shall be omitted Part II and the words “Part I”.
