Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Designation of Approval Marks) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 5th February 1996.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Designation of Approval Marks) Regulations 1979 shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In Schedule 2 after item 7C there shall be added the following item—
