Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Amendment Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st February 1995.

In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Optical Charges and Payments) Regulations 1989 (interpretation), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “ NHS sight test fee”, for “£34.22” there is substituted “£35.09”.
