Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 (Commencement No.13) Order 1995.

Section 2Commencement

Sections 56 to 59 (evidence by children in criminal trials) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 shall, in so far as they are not then in force , come into force on 3rd April 1995.
