Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited asthe Bolton Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th March1995.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means the Wigan andBolton Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the Bolton Hospitals NationalHealth Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specifiedin a schedule of trust property preparedby and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 28th November 1994, whichschedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 16th March 1995 the trust propertyshall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
