Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) (Partial Revocation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 18th January 1995.

Section 2Partial Revocation
(1) The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) (England) (Order) 1991 is hereby revoked so far as it designates any part of the areas set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Order.
(2) In consequence of that revocation the designated areas for the purposes of that Order are those areas set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Order.
